Where In the World?

Do you know where in the world you’ll find this volcanic moonscape?

I've posted about this volcanic island before...

The centre of the island is dominated by the third largest volcano in the world at 3,718 metres high.

You can drive close to its summit and then hike the moon-like landscape or take a cable car right to the top.

At the summit, you can stand above the clouds, survey the panaromamic views of the island, even see neighbouring islands in the archipeligo on a clear day, or you can star gaze at night.

If you don't know where it is - here's the answer

Mount Teide, Tenerife which is part of the Spanish-owned Canary Islands.
