SCOTS Destination Specialist Certificate
The SCOTS Destination Specialist certificate is awarded on completion of the SCOTS Destination Specialist program which is provided through Visit Scotland’s travel trade website. Visit Scotland is the consumer website for Scotland’s national tourist board.
Having visited Scotland a few times as an adult and completing the BritAgent course in 2019, I was already fairly familiar with Scotland as a travel destination. However, I wanted to improve my knowledge and become a Scotland Specialist so I could better serve my clients wishing to include Scotland on a visit to Britain. So in February 2020, I completed the SCOTS Destination Specialist program and was awarded the certificate of completion from Visit Scotland on February 9th. I am happy to say I am now a Scots Agent.
