Travel to Italy Specialist Certificate
I had completed the Italy Specialist Program provided by the Travel Week Learning Centre in August 2020, but decided to broaden my knowledge by taking the Travel To Italy Specialist program offered by the Italian National Tourist Board.
This was a more intensive program that provided me with indepth regional knowledge. In addition, it furnished me with the tools and resources to help clients with their travel plans throughout Italy. As a Italy Specialist, I have also made several connections with tour operators on the ground in Italy by attending the 2021 Italy Virtual Convention.
I completed Travel to Italy Specialist Program on July 3 2021, and received the above certificate. In addition to this program, I studied beginners Italian to enable me to communicate while travelling in Italy and when communicating with Italian tour operators and service providers.
