The certification included three core modules, plus two more from the State and Territory or Special Interest modules to qualify, which I completed by March 2, 2019. However, I wanted to broaden my knowledge so I continued my learning to include ALL states and terrioties and as many special interests as possible. I also attend regular webinars held by the Australian Tourism Board and Virtuoso.
