Bahia Principe welcomes travel advisors on an Air Canada Vacations FAM trip

by | Nov 26, 2020 | Caribbean, Travel News, Travel Safety

The Bahia Principe Grand Tulum in Mexico welcomed a select few travel agents on an Air Canada FAM (familiarization) trip recently.

The purpose of the trip was for travel agents to experience first hand the new health and safety protocols implemented by Air Canada and at the Bahia Principe,  right from the airport through to the resort.

As destinations in the Caribbean start opening to international travellers again, it’s important that guests feel comfortable and safe before departure, during their flight and at their destination. Hence the FAM trip.

OpenJaw spoke with fellow TPI travel advisor, Sheila Aue, who talked about her experience. Watch the video to find out how comfortable and safe she and the other travel agents on the FAM trip felt.
